When you have decided to continue with Filecamp you need to choose between two payment options.
1. Monthly - with Credit Card
Your subscription will be renewed every month and you will receive a monthly receipt by e-mail. You can sign up using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
All recurring monthly payments are paid in US Dollars (USD), and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time.
2. Annually - with Credit Card or Bank transfer
Credit Card - You will automatically pay the invoice each year from your credit card on file and receive a receipt by e-mail.
Bank transfer - You will receive an invoice on the same date each year. The invoice is a prepayment for 12 months of service and needs to be paid via bank transfers or PayPal within 14 days.
All invoice payments are paid in US Dollars (USD), and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your account will be closed when your payment period expires and you won't be billed again.
Credit Card Management for recurring transactions
Filecamp uses stripe, a Level 1 PCI Compliant service provider, to manage credit card data and PCI compliance.
Filecamp only stores the absolute minimum card details such as the last four digits and the expiration date for identification purposes.
